Ring cutting saw

There are three types of ring saws on the market at present. The first type uses gears to drive the saw blade. It has the advantages of being easy to adjust and not slipping. Moreover, its disadvantages are low speed, low efficiency, and high noise.

The second type is driven by the driving wheel in the middle, and the clamping wheels are used to clamp and guide the saw blade on the upper and lower sides. Its advantages are high speed and high efficiency. It has the disadvantage of being cumbersome to adjust, and only one size of saw blade can be fitted.

The third type has the clamping wheel in the middle, and the clamping wheel also serves as the driving wheel. Guide wheels are installed on the upper and lower sides. The advantage is that the guide wheel does not need to be adjusted, and saw blades of different sizes can be fitted. The drawback is that the contact surface between the clamping wheel and the saw blade is too small, resulting in easy burning and easy slipping of the saw blade.

The ring saw produced by our company has a clamping wheel in the middle and a driving wheel in the middle, and their axes are perpendicular to each other. Guide wheels are installed on the upper and lower sides. Its advantages are that the guide wheel does not need to be adjusted, and different sizes of saw blades can be installed. Since the drive wheel drives the saw blade, the saw blade is not easy to slip and will not burn the saw blade. The saw blade has a high speed and fast cutting efficiency. The net weight of the machine is 9.9 kg (with a 410 saw blade). The downside is that the adjustment is a bit cumbersome when changing saw blades of different sizes. (This problem does not exist for saw blades of the same size)
